A-R-E

Mostly dull ones, honestly — my calendar, my notes app and WhatsApp. My schedule is hectic enough that those three are basically the reason I turn up anywhere on time. I did try a few of the fancier productivity ones, but they just became another thing to manage.

What just happened

All three moves are there. The Answer is the first four words, the Reason is folded in with and rather than announced, and the Extension takes something away instead of adding to it.

Notice there is no because anywhere, and no stage is named. No “the primary reason is”, no “on top of that”. If a listener can hear where one move stops and the next begins, the structure is showing — and a structure you can hear is a structure that sounds rehearsed.
